Alfredo with chicken and spaghetti


Velvety and delicious proposal with spaghetti coral, and chicken. Favorite recipe for adults and children.


  • 3 chicken breasts cut into side slices
  • 500 g coral pasta
  • 350 g sour cream
  • 400 gr milk
  • 400 g chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 150 g parmesan
  • 1 cup butter
  • Olive oil
  • Salt Pepper


  1. Put boiling salted water in a saucepan to add the spaghetti. Boil the spaghetti for 2-3 minutes less than the time of the maker
  2. In a saucepan, pour a little olive oil, and on high heat sauté the chicken, and then add the garlic. Then add the broth, milk and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Then pour the spaghetti into the sauce, add sour cream and butter and let the sauce simmer and set.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat, add the parmesan and stir.
  5. Serve with plenty of freshly chopped pepper.
