The strong combination of protein with our wonderful peas that gives us a very balanced diet, healthy easily quickly but also so delicious !!!!
Ingredients

- 300 g of peas
- 250 g agaric mushrooms cut in four
- 1 large sliced carrot
- 1 large potato cut into thick slices
- 1 chopped onion
- 4-5 fresh onions
- half a bunch of chopped dill
- 2 cloves garlic
- vegetable broth
- lemon juice
- salt, pepper, turmeric, bay leaf, olive oil.
Implementation
- Saute the dried and fresh onion lightly in a saucepan.
- Then add the potatoes, carrots and garlic. Saute for 1-2 minutes and fill with peas and mushrooms.
- Add the vegetable broth just enough to cover them halfway and lower the heat to simmer.
- When the water is almost saved, add a little oil, add the dill and lemon and correct the taste in the salt and pepper.
