Peas with mushrooms

The strong combination of protein with our wonderful peas that gives us a very balanced diet, healthy easily quickly but also so delicious !!!!


  • 300 g of peas
  • 250 g agaric mushrooms cut in four
  • 1 large sliced carrot
  • 1 large potato cut into thick slices
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4-5 fresh onions
  • half a bunch of chopped dill
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • vegetable broth
  • lemon juice
  • salt, pepper, turmeric, bay leaf, olive oil.


  1. Saute the dried and fresh onion lightly in a saucepan.
  2. Then add the potatoes, carrots and garlic. Saute for 1-2 minutes and fill with peas and mushrooms.
  3. Add the vegetable broth just enough to cover them halfway and lower the heat to simmer.
  4. When the water is almost saved, add a little oil, add the dill and lemon and correct the taste in the salt and pepper.
