Ingredients
- 1 cup buckwheat
- 1 cup boiled corn
- Λ fl red beans boiled
- 2 cups baby rocket
- Fillets of 2 oranges
- 150 g smoked salmon
- 20 g sunflower seeds
- 20 g grated walnut
- 20 g pomegranate (optional)
For the orange sauce
- 40 g of orange juice
- Zest of one orange
- 1 tablespoon spicy mustard
- 100 g of olive oil
- Salt Pepper
Directions
- In a bowl, mix all our salad ingredients
- In another bowl, mix the orange with the mustard. Then add the olive oil slowly and stir. Add the salt and pepper and the zest. Pour over our salad
