Mansion lettuce salad


The classic lettuce salad for all of us that stands prominently first place at all our tables. Some put vinegar, others put lemon. Others put yogurt sauce, and others put rock for sauce. No matter how we meet it, no matter how we make it, it remains one of the most classic traditional salads of our place and that is why we will always prefer it.


  • Or chopped lettuce
  • 3 chopped spring onions
  • Or a bunch of chopped dill


Mix our ingredients in a bowl and place them in our salad bowl.

For the orange sauce

  • 40 g apple cider vinegar
  • 4 cups orange juice
  • Zest of one orange
  • 1 tablespoon spicy mustard
  • 100 g of olive oil
  • Salt Pepper

Add orange fillets to our salad.

For the yogurt sauce

  • 200 g of yogurt
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tbsp melted garlic
  • Λ fl dill chopped
  • Salt Pepper

In a bowl, beat the yogurt with the olive oil. We continue to throw away all our other materials. Pour over our salad

For the sauce with apple cider vinegar

  • 40 g apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon spicy mustard
  • 100 g of olive oil
  • Salt Pepper

In a clean bowl, pour the mustard, lemon and vinegar and mix vigorously with an egg beater, slowly add the olive oil and pour it into a thread stream. When we see that it has thickened a lot, dilute it with a little water. We can easily make the dressing with a hand blender.

For the molasses sauce

  • Or olive oil
  • 4 tbsp. cream white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 k in molasses
  • ¼ κ γ αλατι
  • Freshly chopped pepper

In a bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar with the molasses. Slowly add the olive oil and the rest of the ingredients. Pour over our salad

For the feta sauce

  • 100 g hard feta
  • 50 g sour milk
  • 50 gr extra virgin olive oil
  • Lime zest
  • Pepper, chopped dill

Beat the sour milk with the olive oil. Add the grated feta and the zest from the lime. At the end add freshly chopped pepper and chopped dill.

For rock for sauce

  • 100 g roquefort passed through a sieve or passed through a fine grater
  • 1 tbsp melted garlic
  • 50 g sour milk
  • 50 g of mayonnaise
  • ¼ φλ. dill chopped
  • Juice and zest of a small lemon

In a bowl, mix all our ingredients. Pour over the lettuce
