Peanut butter bars


Great nutrition bars with peanut butter that drive kids crazy, nuts for a nutritious break at school, for a snack at home, at work in the office in the car, at the gym and wherever your mind goes.


  • 300 g peanut butter
  • 100 g oats
  • 80 g hazelnut
  • 80 g walnut
  • 80 g dried figs
  • 50 g of pistachio
  • 50 g pumpkin seeds
  • 30 g cranberries
  • 4 kg of honey


  1. In a bowl, mix all our ingredients.
  2. Melt the honey and peanut butter in a milk jug or frying pan. Stir to incorporate the ingredients. Pour over the nuts and mix well.
  3. In a pan, lay a cross film. Pour our mixture and spread it with a spoon. Fold and cover at the end with foil and press it well with your hands. Put it in the fridge for 2-3 hours. 
  4. When it cools, remove the film and cut into sticks. Keep them in the refrigerator.
