Barbecue sauce


Widespread, favorite sauce that you always find in our kitchen, to accompany our meat snacks, burgers, etc. Very easy in the process with many aromas and rich taste.


  • 1 large onion mashed
  • 1 tablespoon garlic puree
  • 2 tablespoons soft brown sugar
  • 200 gr ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 1 ½ κ γ smoked paprika
  • ¼ κ γ τσιλι
  • 1 kg balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 6 drops of liquid smoke
  • ¼ κ γ thyme
  • 1/6 k g grated cloves
  • 3 tablespoons seed oil
  • 3 κ σ mavrodafni


Pour the seed oil in a milk jug and as soon as it heats up, add the mashed onion, sauté it until it changes color and its capsule is gone. Then add our spices, lightly sauté the garlic and simmer with the wine. Add the ketchup and molasses and the liquid tobacco. Bring to a boil over low heat.
