Espresso cookies


I sip coffee !!!! And I will treat it with the cutest, most delicious cookies with espresso flavor and in the shape of coffee beans !!!! They are made very easily, quickly, and our coffee drinker has the assortment of a cookie for us to dive in!


  • 500 g flour
  • 250 g butter
  • 180 g powdered sugar
  • 60 g of cocoa
  • 2 large eggs.
  • 2 cups espresso coffee


  1. Beat the butter with the icing until fluffy. 
  2. Add the eggs, the cocoa, the espresso, and finally the flour. Our dough will become pliable, and soft. As long as it does not stick to our hand. Wrap the dough with a foil and let it rest in the fridge for a while. 
  3. Then cut it into small equal balls and press them lightly. Make a cut in the middle with a knife. 
  4. Place them in the pan with oil paste from below, and bake our cookies in a preheated oven at 170The for about 20 minutes in the air.
