Patties with minced meat


Crispy delicious patties for all hours, and for every occasion!

For parties, for appetizers, for the holidays and for wherever you want! We prepare them and bake them just before we need them!


  • 1 pack of crust sheet
  • 2 large onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato passed in the grater without peel and seeds
  • 500 g minced meat or beef
  • 300 g of cheese mix
  • 50 g fine semolina
  • 3 eggs
  • A little olive oil
  • Or liter of milk
  • Freshly chopped pepper
  • Egg white to "stick" the leaves
  • A little sesame for sprinkling


  1. Saute the minced meat in a saucepan, and then add the onion.
  2. Add the grated tomato, and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Put the milk to a boil in a milk jug and add the semolina and stir until it becomes creamy. Leave it to cool a bit and add the eggs, mixing them well with quick movements. Then add the cheeses and minced meat and mix.
  4. On a clean surface we have spread all the crust sheets together.
  5. We cut them in half exactly and then ..again in the middle (mentally we cut them vertically and horizontally… like the cross)
  6. In other words, we have created square pieces of paper.
  7. Then we wrap them with the same process that we wrap them spring rolls
  8. Bake them in the oven in oil paste at 180The for 20-30 minutes until golden brown!
