Lemon cake light


I have plenty of lemons from the village. I am waiting for a cup of coffee in the afternoon. What could be nicer than a fresh, easy, quick, and lightly flavored lemon cake? So easy, that I will not even need a mixer, and that by the time I write it to you it will be done !!!

  • 250 g flour that swells on its own
  • 100 g fine semolina
  • Juice from a juicy lemon
  • Grate a lemon


  • 150 g powder
  • 20 g lemon juice
  • 20 g of water
  • Lemon zest


  1. In a large bowl, first mix the liquids, beat the eggs very well with the sugar, add the yogurt, the seed oil, the juice, the zest and after mixing them well, add the semolina and the flour.
