Colorful cakes on a stick for the children's party, for the birthday at school, for a christening, etc. They are easily made quickly and they excite! Basic cookies, but you can also make them with ingredients that you have left over along with a cake or royal pie, etc.

Ingredients

  • 400 gr cake
  • 3-4 κ σ μερέντα
  • 1 chocolate couverture
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 white chocolate
  • Souvlaki straws
  • Colorful truffles

Directions

  1. Crush the leftover cake and add 3-4 large spoons of merenda and a spoonful of cream cheese. We shape them into balls and leave them in the fridge to tighten. While our balls are cooling, we prepare the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Melt white chocolate or health and put our colorful truffles on a deep plate. When the balls are tight. Dip a straw in the chocolate and place it vertically on each of our balls. Then put them in the fridge to cool and tighten.
  3. Then, after they cool down, take them out, and holding them by the straw, dip them in the chocolate whole or half, shake them slightly to remove the much chocolate and dip them in the truffles. Place them in a glass upright and put them in the fridge to cool.

If we want to take them out of the house to share, we wrap them one by one with a little membrane or cellophane and tie them from below with a ribbon.

If you want to offer them at a party, cut half a cabbage, wrap it in foil and nail it scattered.
