Carrot cake very easy

  • ½ kg ginger powder
  • ¼ kg clove powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optionally 1-2 handfuls of raisins-walnuts-dried chopped figs etc.


  1. We take a basin. Add the carrot, eggs, sugar, juice and mix well.
