An easy and tasty accompaniment for many dishes

Materials

  • About 1 kg of carrots
  • 1 potato
  • 1/2 glass of lukewarm milk
  • 2 tablespoons fresh butter
  • Salt Pepper

Implementation

  1. Cut our vegetables into equal small pieces.
  2. Put the butter to melt in a saucepan. Once melted, add our vegetables and stir until glazed.
  3. Fill with water and leave them to simmer until they absorb their liquids.
  4. When the liquids are gone, remove the pot from the heat and add the milk and mash. Correct the taste of salt and pepper.
