An easy and tasty accompaniment for many dishes
- About 1 kg of carrots
- 1 potato
- 1/2 glass of lukewarm milk
- 2 tablespoons fresh butter
- Salt Pepper
- Cut our vegetables into equal small pieces.
- Put the butter to melt in a saucepan. Once melted, add our vegetables and stir until glazed.
- Fill with water and leave them to simmer until they absorb their liquids.
- When the liquids are gone, remove the pot from the heat and add the milk and mash. Correct the taste of salt and pepper.
