A delicious dip that goes with infinite combinations!
- 3 ripe tomatoes
- half an onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic puree
- A little chopped parsley
- a little chopped mint
- Salt Pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- To make this cool tomato dip we must first prepare the tomatoes. Cross the end of the tomato and dip them in boiling water for half a minute.
- Then transfer them to cold water with ice cubes, to stop the boiling and peel them. Then cut them in half and squeeze them to remove the spores. We pass them through a grater and then we add the rest of our ingredients.
- It is very cool and can accompany meatballs, bandoons, vegetables, nachos and many more.
