Double stuffed with spoon sweets

Incredible doubles filled with sweet spoon, wonderful mouthfuls, which fill the mouth !! You can add whatever sweet you like or have made or even pieces of chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 serving of dough for doubles
  • Spoon dessert of our choice (orange, cherry, kumquat, fig, quince, chestnut etc)
  • Seed oil for frying
  • Cinnamon-walnut kernel-syrup from the dessert that we will include

For the syrup

  • 350 g sugar
  • 350 water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Γ kg cloves (clove)
  • Or lemon

Directions

  1. Put our ingredients to boil in a saucepan for 2-3 minutes. Set aside to cool
  2. On a cutting surface, cut our sweet into small pieces.
  3. We open our dough and cut wide strips. Put the filling on one side of the strip at intervals of 5 cm. We take the other side and roll it over and with our fingers carefully stick the dough around with a little water. They will have been created like ravioli. Cut one by one and repeat the process. We can put 2-3 kinds of filling in (I put for example, chocolate, orange, fig, chestnut)
  4. Dip them in the oil and as soon as they turn brown, take them out and dip them directly in the syrup.
  5. We leave them on a grill and then when they are finished we place them on a beautiful festive plate. Pour over the syrup from the sweets we put in and sprinkle with walnut kernels and cinnamon !!
