Cool salad with quinoa and avocado

A very cool and aromatic salad, filling light and above all healthy. Try it !!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiled quinoa
  • 1 avocado cut into small squares
  • Or cucumber passed in the grater and set
  • 1 large carrot passed through the grater (through the thin hole)
  • 1 chopped onion
  • Or chopped red pepper
  • Or chopped green pepper
  • Or chopped coriander
  • Or finely chopped parsley
  • Juice from a juicy lemon
  • Salt Pepper

Directions

In a bowl, mix all our ingredients. Leave them in the fridge for an appetizer to homogenize the aromas and flavors.
