Oven fish fillet


Easy recipe for delicious fish!

Fast, tasty and healthy! In this recipe we use fish fillet that children also like because it has no bones and we add vegetables for a complete and healthy meal.

We will need the following materials:

  • 4 fish fillets (pagans tongue)
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 lemon
  • a little celery
  • 1 onion
  • oil salt pepper


  1. We take our vegetables and chop them into small cubes. Put them in a bowl and mix them with salt, pepper and oil.
  2. Place them in our pan and place the lemon fillets and the sliced tomato on top of the fish fillets. Season the fish with salt and pepper and add a little oil
  3. Bake at 180 TheC for about 40 minutes
