Easy, fast, velvety, delicious milk pudding! My dad's favorite dessert… while he does not particularly like sweets, he can not resist this milk pudding! And we will do it with the whole sheet (sheet and piece) because he really likes the sheet! Let the portions come out "brave"! So… this easy milk pudding that can be made by someone who does not have much with the kitchen, and that… we will make it today… because… we like it very much!

  • 1k crust sheet
  • 1 litre of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 150 g fine semolina
  • 250 g fresh butter
  • Grate half an orange
  • 1 vanilla

For the syrup

  • 1100 g sugar
  • 1000 g of water
  • Or lemon
  • 1 vanilla

We start with the syrup

Put the sugar and water with the lemon in a saucepan. Once the sugar has boiled and melted, remove the syrup from the heat, add a vanilla, stir and leave it to cool.

Then we move on to the main preparation

  1. From 1 liter of milk, take a small amount and mix the sugar and eggs very well. Put the milk in a saucepan to heat and just before boiling, add the mixture slowly, stirring quickly, and then the semolina, stirring constantly, simmering until it bubbles. Once it becomes porridge, remove it from the heat and add 1 tablespoon of the fresh butter and zest. Stir it and let it cool down.
  2. Spread the crust sheet on the counter. If our leaves are large, we cut them in half, one is normally left as is (one leaf a piece). If we like the leaf again, (like me) you can leave the big whole without being cut.
  3. We have melted the rest of the butter, and we start to wrap it.
  4. Spread the leaf in front of us, butter it with a brush, and put the cream at the beginning of the leaf in the middle with our spoon. Turn and roll once and then close the sheet left and right inwards. We butter and by rolling we close our individual piece.
  5. We continue in the same way with the other pieces. Place them in a buttered pan and bake at 180The until golden brown.
  6. Once they get colored, take the pan out of the oven and pour the cold syrup.

Good luck !
