Shrimp with white sauce and mastic liqueur


Why go to an ouzo or restaurant when you can easily and quickly make the meze or the dish yourself?

Ingredients for a portion

  • 4 - 5 shrimps medium
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 shot of mastic liqueur
  • Salt Pepper

Serving suggestion: rice


  1. Finely chop and sauté the onion, add the shrimp and garlic.
  2. Quench with the mastic liqueur, and add the cream.
  3. Let them "tie" a little our sauce.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
