Chicken gyros


Favorite ride, light, that we all love. I do not think we need recommendations for this round !! Easy quick juicy tasty and the most fragrant round chicken you have ever eaten!


For meat

  • 2 chicken fillets from a thigh (beat well to thin)
  • 1 chicken breast fillet (beat it too to make it thinner)
  • 1 tomato passed on the grater
  • 1 onion passed in the grater
  • 2 tablespoons garlic puree
  • Smoked paprika
  • Peppers mix
  • Olive oil

The other materials

  • Tzatziki
  • Tomato
  • French Fries
  • Onion
  • A little chopped parsley
  • 1 pack of pies
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Olive oil
  • 1 potato
  • Skewer stick


  1. We take a bowl and put in our chicken with the onion, the garlic, the tomato and the spices. Cover with cling film and leave in the fridge for at least 12 hours.
  2. Then take the chicken out of the fridge and take a plate. Cut a potato so that its base is straight and presses firmly. We wrap it with a foil and place it in the center of the pan. Then we put a piece of oil glue on top. 
  3. Place the chicken strips, first down on the leg fillet, then the breast fillet and then again the leg fillet at the end one on top of the other. Then we insert a straw to fasten the strips with the potato and at the end half a tomato. Cover with oil paste and bake at 200The Celsius for an hour or so (as many hours as the kilos of our meat if we have taken more). Then remove the oil paste and let it take on more color and crisp.
  4. Cut into thin strips.
  5. Our pancakes can be baked in a non-stick pan, or in a toaster
  6. We make our wrapper with the materials of our choice.
