Ingredients
- 1 cup boiled quinoa
- 1 eggplant cut into slices, cooked and cut into frames
- 1 avocado cut into frames
- 100g red beans boiled
- 2 chopped green onions
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- Or chopped coriander
- Or chopped red pepper
- Or olive oil
- Juice from a juicy lemon
- Salt, pepper, oregano
- ¼ κ γ κύμινο
Directions
Mix the ingredients with the spices. Leave it in the fridge for 1 hour to homogenize the flavors and aromas.
