Cayenne with smoked pork


I have a very nice peskesi from Mani. A convergent piece that with my wine now that my company has gathered is what you need for a snack !!!! So as not to be late, one of them boiled the tomatoes so that they could be easily peeled, the other cut the conch, the third took over the eggs (the beating !!!!)… and I the onion… ok the work was shared… not because it is difficult to make it but the sloppy and endless conversations in the kitchen that all remind us of something, and speaking… one brings the other, we can start from the onion and end up in the theory of the universe !!!! snacking ότι .that we hold in our hands and fall on the bench ίζει you begin to become incomplete! One bite, one bite the other… we eat more in the kitchen talking, that of course the wine from the living room has moved to the kitchen… How to become such a small kitchen (unfortunately I do not have a large kitchen) to fit so many people, to do work, and to be ok, and when I'm alone to fight with the bench, and the buns I have to move… to make room ??   • 200 g smoked pork
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 peeled and chopped tomatoes
  • A little olive oil
  • Salt Pepper


Pour olive oil in a pan and sauté our onion. Then add the tomato and leave on a medium heat to drain its liquids. Add the smoked pork in small pieces, sauté it lightly and at the end the beaten eggs, salt and pepper. Stir until the liquids are gone. Serve immediately with freshly chopped pepper, and with plenty of pre-baked bread !!!!
