One of the most delicious dishes of Greek cuisine
Ingredients
- 1 k lasagna
- 2 k kid
- 4 tablespoons garlic
- 1-2 kg of oregano
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt Pepper
- Or white wine
- Juice from a juicy lemon
- 200 g grated mizithra
- Flour for the flour
Directions
- In a casserole pot, pour a little olive oil and on a medium heat, sauté around our kid after we have floured it before, until it gets a beautiful color. Then quench with wine and put (hide in the meat) the garlic, and add oregano, bay leaf, pepper and hot water, and let it simmer in a covered pot. While we wait for it to boil, we boil our noodles and put them on the plate.
- Once the meat is done (the bone comes off the meat), we remove the garlic, the oregano and the bay leaf, we add the salt and the lemon, and we leave it with an open pot to bind our sauce.
- Spread it on our noodles and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and plenty of mizithra.
We can accompany it with potatoes lemons, or with mashed potatoes or even aromatic celery puree.
