Soy meatballs


Are you a fan of healthy eating? Are you fasting? Do you want something different light and tasty? So here is your recipe for making the most delicious meatballs with soy.

For our materials we will need:

  • 1/3 of the minced soy package (the preparation is on the package)
  • 2 onions in the grater past
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup mustard
  • A little chopped green onion
  • Half a bunch of parsley
  • Crumb of 2 slices of stale bread
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, oregano
  • 2-3 mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons oats
  • A little flour


  1. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl. Knead it normally as you would knead minced meat. Leave it in the fridge for about an hour until the ingredients are well homogenized.
  2. Shape the meatballs, flour them and fry them in seed oil.

Those who want to avoid the pan can put them in a pan with oil paste and bake them in the oven.
