Zucchini with garlic mushrooms


The most delicious salad in its lightest version. Zucchini that we will make boiled, with the mushrooms that will be lightly sautéed with garlic and will include the zucchini… flavors many recipes… one στε follow it. Easy, fast, healthy and very tasty !!!


  • ½ agaric mushrooms
  • 5-6 zucchini
  • 3 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • ½ κ σ θύμαρι
  • Or rosemary
  • ½ κ σ ρίγανη
  • Grate and juice from a juicy lemon
  • Or olive oil
  • Coarse salt
  • Freshly chopped pepper


  1. We wash our zucchini. Boil them in a saucepan until they stand (try it with a toothpick).
  2. While we wait for our zucchini, we prepare the rest. Gently wipe our mushrooms with a clean towel. cut them into quarters.
  3. In a pan pour a little olive oil and rosemary with thyme. Immediately after, add the mushrooms and let them take on color. Once they get colored, add the garlic and mix lightly.
  4. Remove from the heat, being careful not to burn the garlic and make our oil bitter.
  5. When our zucchini are ready, cut them into slices and add the mushrooms.
  6. Add the zest and lemon juice as well as the oregano and salt and pepper. Stir lightly and pour over our salad.
