Epirus pumpkin pie without leaf -easy-


An easy, fast and simple pumpkin pie, delicious, light, for all hours. A pie with pure ingredients as our grandmother made it. Do you remember her ?? if you do not remember her, with the first bite I am sure you will remember her !!!


  • 1 kg zucchini grated in the large hole, and very well drained
  • 400 g feta cheese grated in the big hole
  • 150 g milk
  • 200 g flour
  • 130 g olive oil
  • 1 mat. chopped mint
  • 1 mat. dill chopped
  • 1 mat. chopped parsley
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 carrots grated in the small hole
  • 1 kg pepper
  • 1 kg cayenne
  • A little butter


The process is very simple. In a large bowl, pour the grated zucchini and all the other ingredients. Mix well, and pour this porridge in a very well buttered pan.
