  • Or a bunch of dill
  • 2 tablespoons chopped mint
  • 150 g smoked grated feta
  • 250 g grated spicy cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 80 g trachana sweet or rice
  • 2-3 k butter for sautéing
  • 100 g butter with seed oil mixed for spreading
  • Freshly chopped pepper


  1. Put the butter in a deep pan and sauté the leeks, zucchini and zucchini and lower the heat until they get almost all their liquids. Then add the rice or trachana, dill, and mint. Remove from the heat and allow to cool and drain all liquids.
