Who does not like chicken nuggets? From the youngest to the oldest! Easy fast very tasty for every hour, for the match, for the movie for the party for a welcome buffet… for, for a thousand and two situations that will make us white-faced !!!

Materials

  • 500 g breast fillet (or the fillets)
  • 150 g flour
  • A pinch of cumin
  • A pinch of paprika
  • A pinch of garlic granules
  • A pinch of pepper
  • 2 cups toast or punk
  • 1 cup sour milk
  • 1 egg
  • A little grated parmesan

Directions

  • Cut the chicken breast into small pieces or if we have the side dishes we can cut them into long and narrow strips.
  • In a bowl, mix the flour with our spices and flour our bites well.
  • In another bowl, mix the sour milk with the egg and dip the floured chicken nuggets inside.
  • In a third bowl, mix the parmesan with the toast or punk and bread them well. Place them in the fridge for half an hour to tighten the breading.
  • Fry them in seed oil until they turn reddish.
  • Serve them with french fries or vegetables or plain with barbecue sauce, sweetsour sauce, mayonnaise etc.
