Chicken in oil paste


A very easy recipe that you should definitely try. Light, healthy, and if we remove the petiole, super dietary.

  • 6 chicken breasts cut into large bites
  • 1 onion, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic cut into slices
  • 2 sliced carrots
  • 2 zucchini cut into thick slices
  • 1 red pepper cut into slices
  • 1 green pepper cut into slices
  • 2 large potatoes cut into large bites
  • 3-4 sliced agaric mushrooms
  • Or white wine
  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano
  • Or olive oil
  • 1 cup mustard
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • Salt Pepper
  • Oil glue, twine


  1. In a large bowl, mix all our ingredients so that they marinate well. Cover them and leave them in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
  2. Cut our oil paste into 6 large pieces.
  3. Divide our materials into 6 equal parts and put them in the oil seals. We close them with the twine in the shape of a pouch or candy.
  4. Put them in a pan in the oven for about 1 minute 180The Celsius.
