Its sauce has ingredients that only give strength; a dish rich in protein from chicken but also from mushrooms, a dish with yogurt that combines with the delicate taste of mushrooms. He highlights her and does not cover her.
- 1 chicken fillet
- 1 teaspoon thyme honey
- mushrooms of 2-3 types (agarics or porcini or trumpets or porto bell etc)
- 100 g of yogurt
- White wine
- Salt Pepper
Serving suggestion spaghetti, rice
- Cut the chicken into strips and sauté it.
- Once it is sauteed, we extinguish it with our wine and then we add the mushrooms and the water from them (for the dried ones only, we put them in a little water before)
- Add the honey and mix well
- Remove from the heat and add the yogurt. Stir and serve immediately.
