Today we will make our chicken a little different. Colorful, fragrant, fast, and light. Even if you just make it (without an accompaniment) it is wonderful, filling, economical, and it loosens your hands especially when you do not have much time. Ideal for dinner, as well as if you make it a little more spicy as an accompaniment with your movie! I will personally serve it with rice (you can with whatever you like).
Ingredients
- 750 g chicken breast cut into small pieces
- 2 green peppers cut into slices
- 2 red peppers cut into slices
- 1 yellow pepper cut into slices
- 5 sliced agaric mushrooms
- 1 large dried onion cut into slices
- 1 small broccoli cut into hazelnuts
- 30 g soy sauce
- Herbal broth
- 3 k sunflower seeds
- Salt-pepper-ginger
- Olive oil
Directions
- In a deep frying pan, heat a little olive oil, and lightly sauté the onion, and the peppers and mushrooms.
- After they soften, add the garlic and the broccoli.
- Saute lightly for two minutes, then remove the vegetables from the pan. In the same pan, sauté the chicken well (add the chicken little by little, so that it is sautéed, because if we throw it all, it will take out its liquids and will boil).
- Lower the heat, and add our vegetables, add the soy sauce, our spices, the sunflower seeds, and a little herb broth. Let simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
Serve with rice, spaghetti, noodles etc.
