Chicken salad with egg


Delicious chicken salad nutritious and fast. Easy solution for your daily table, but also at a table with friends or at a party.

It can become a complete meal for you at work, because it is filling, light and healthy.


  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 2 roasted or boiled chicken breasts
  • 1 lettuce cut
  • 1 lolo rosso cut
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 cup boiled corn
  • 2 chopped spring onions
  • 1 cup mayonnaise light (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • Olive oil
  • Salt Pepper
  • Grate and juice of a lemon


  1. In a bowl, mix the lettuce with the lola, the carrot, the egg and the chicken.
  2. In a bowl, beat the yogurt with the zest and the lemon juice and add a little olive oil and salt with the freshly chopped pepper. (Optionally add the mayonnaise)
  3. Pour over our salad, stir and serve.
