Chicken salad with rice


Pleasant salad that can replace a meal, since it is complete!!

Easy, cool and very tasty for all ages and for all tastes.


  • 2 chicken fillets baked or boiled and plucked or chopped
  • 1 chopped onion
  • Or fl corn boiled
  • ½ cup cooked kidney beans
  • Or green pepper
  • Or red pepper
  • Or yellow pepper
  • Or chopped chopped parsley
  •  2 cups boiled rice of our choice

For the sauce

  • 100 g of yogurt
  • 50 g of mayonnaise
  • 30 g of mustard
  • 50 g of honey
  • A little lemon juice
  • Salt Pepper


Mix our ingredients in a bowl. We put it in the fridge for an hour or two to homogenize the flavors. In a bowl, beat the yogurt with the mayonnaise. Then we add the mustard, honey, salt, pepper and lemon, testing our taste accordingly.

Mix with the sauce before serving.
