Pleasant salad that can replace a meal, since it is complete!!
Easy, cool and very tasty for all ages and for all tastes.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken fillets baked or boiled and plucked or chopped
- 1 chopped onion
- Or fl corn boiled
- ½ cup cooked kidney beans
- Or green pepper
- Or red pepper
- Or yellow pepper
- Or chopped chopped parsley
- 2 cups boiled rice of our choice
For the sauce
- 100 g of yogurt
- 50 g of mayonnaise
- 30 g of mustard
- 50 g of honey
- A little lemon juice
- Salt Pepper
Directions
Mix our ingredients in a bowl. We put it in the fridge for an hour or two to homogenize the flavors. In a bowl, beat the yogurt with the mayonnaise. Then we add the mustard, honey, salt, pepper and lemon, testing our taste accordingly.
Mix with the sauce before serving.
