An eminently traditional recipe that smells like Greece !!! It is the best for the winter, for the big ones, but also for the small ones!
Ingredients

- 1 large chicken
- 1 large onion
- 1 cup trachana sweet
- 1 tbsp. butter
- Salt Pepper
Implementation
- Put the chicken in a saucepan to boil, skim the water where you create foam
- Lower the heat and simmer until the chicken is soft.
- Saute the chopped onion in a saucepan with a little butter. Add the chicken broth with the trachana, salt and the chicken after we have removed the bones.
- Serve it with a slice and freshly ground pepper.
