Bread crumbs, delicious and light for all hours! We make them and enjoy them with our appetizer, with our coffee with a salad, with our food, with our breakfast… or so simply because… we like them!

  • 280 gr white wine
  • 130 g of seed oil
  • 130 g olive oil
  • 12 g salt
  • 10 g sugar
  • 20 g baking powder
  • 1 kg of flour

  1. In a bowl, pour the oils with the wine, sugar and salt and mix it until the sugar and salt melt. Then add the flour and the baking powder. We work the dough very well, until it does not make the "threads" inside. Let it rest for an hour (wrap it with cellophane so that it does not dry out) and work it again. We divide it into as many places as we want to make the flavors. Here I divided it into 4 parts. In one part I put grated feta, in the other spices (garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne), in the third part I put herbs (oregano, thyme, thyme), and in the fourth part I left it plain to put sunflower seeds.
  2. If you add liquid ingredients (spinach, cheese, carrot, peppers, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, etc.) you will need to add a little more flour. If you are making flavors with spices you may need a little more water.
  3. If you want to do it with sunflower seeds, or pumpkin seeds, or oats, etc. in one bowl you will have water and in the other the ingredient you want. In the left hand you will dip the stick from your dough, you will take it out of the water, you will shake it lightly, and you will place it in the bowl or the tray that you have the ingredient that you want to stick on your breadsticks. With the right hand we turn around to stick everywhere, and we place it in the oil glue.
  4. Bake at 180The degrees in the air until they get a light color (the time depends on how thin you will make your breadsticks)
