Sausages with leeks and potatoes in the oven

Winter, wonderful delicious food, which you will make many times because you will be excited. The wonderful taste and sweetness of the leek, comes to match the sausage and the potato, which will be tied by the mustard and the taste will take off.

  • 4 pcs spicy sausages with sliced leeks
  • 1 k potatoes
  • 500 g sliced leeks
  • 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • Homemade vegetable broth
  • Olive oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons mustard
  • Salt-freshly ground pepper-thyme
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • A little grated cheese and thyme for the end.

  1. In a saucepan put the whole peeled potatoes to boil for 8-10 minutes.
  2. In another pot, sauté the leeks with a little olive oil, then add the garlic and after they wither, add the vegetable broth until the leeks are covered and two fingers on top. I lower the eye, season with salt and pepper and let them simmer.
  3. While my leeks are simmering, lightly sauté my sausages in a pan. Once my leeks are done in a bowl, I beat the mustard with a little water and flour, and I pour over my leeks.
  4. Stir and let them boil for two more minutes. I remove the leeks from the fire. Then I take the boiled potatoes and cut them into slices.
  5. I lay the corners of the potatoes and the most awkward slices on the bottom of the pyrex (or pan or whatever else suits you). I pour a generous layer of leeks on top of my potatoes.
  6. Then I place my potatoes in a row and alternate the sausages in between. I leave in the middle space to put the rest of the leek. I grind fresh pepper on top, add grated cheese and thyme. I place my pyrex in a preheated oven at 180The until it turns golden brown.
