Very easy recipe with twisted coral macaroni, which sinks into the creamy sauce and produces a wonderful velvety dish that we all love. Try it!!!
Ingredients
- 1.5 liters of milk
- 500 g spaghetti twisted coral
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 tbsp. tarragon dry
- 2 cups grated cheddar
- 2 tablespoons soft mustard
- 60 g butter
- Or breadcrumbs (cake)
- Salt Pepper
Directions
- Boil our spaghetti in a saucepan, 2 minutes less than the time given by the manufacturer.
- In a saucepan, start making the béchamel, melting the butter together with the tarragon, then add the flour, mix well and add the milk. Once homogenized, lower the heat and add the cheese, mustard, and spaghetti and mix.
- Pour the mixture into a pan, and sprinkle on top with toast.
- Put the pan in a preheated oven, until our toast turns brown.
