Spaghetti with zucchini and mushrooms


Light spaghetti, delicious, and very easy. One of my favorite pastas since it combines zucchini with mushrooms. Easy to prepare, tasty, quick, and fragrant.


  • 4 zucchini cut in half lengthwise, and then into thin slices
  • 500 g pasta of your choice
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4 chopped spring onions
  • 200 g various chopped mushrooms
  • 50 g chopped dill
  • 3 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 5-6 slices of chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 200 g sour cream.
  • 50 g Vermi grated cheese
  • Salt Pepper
  • A little olive oil


  1. Boil our spaghetti for 2 minutes less than the package says. Strain and keep a cup of water.
  2. In a deep frying pan, sauté the zucchini, the dried onion and the fresh onions in olive oil. Then sauté the garlic and sun-dried tomatoes with the mushrooms. Then add the cream, cheese, spaghetti and lower the heat. Add the salt and pepper and the dill.

Serve hot.
