Light spaghetti, delicious, and very easy. One of my favorite pastas since it combines zucchini with mushrooms. Easy to prepare, tasty, quick, and fragrant.
Ingredients
- 4 zucchini cut in half lengthwise, and then into thin slices
- 500 g pasta of your choice
- 1 chopped onion
- 4 chopped spring onions
- 200 g various chopped mushrooms
- 50 g chopped dill
- 3 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 5-6 slices of chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 200 g sour cream.
- 50 g Vermi grated cheese
- Salt Pepper
- A little olive oil
Directions
- Boil our spaghetti for 2 minutes less than the package says. Strain and keep a cup of water.
- In a deep frying pan, sauté the zucchini, the dried onion and the fresh onions in olive oil. Then sauté the garlic and sun-dried tomatoes with the mushrooms. Then add the cream, cheese, spaghetti and lower the heat. Add the salt and pepper and the dill.
Serve hot.
