Mani potato salad


Wonderful salad simple but also so delicious with aromas and flavors from our Mani.

Satisfying due to rich protein (convergent-egg) but also potato starch.


  • 150 gr synglin of Mani
  • 3 boiled potatoes
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 2 oranges
  • A few olives
  • Salt-pepper-oregano

For the orange dressing

  • 1 cup mustard
  • 1kg sugar
  • 150 g of natural orange juice
  • 150 g of seed oil
  • 150 g of olive oil
  • Orange zest
  • Salt Pepper


  1. In a bowl, cut the ingredients for our salad into large pieces.
  2. In a saucepan, simmer the juice with the sugar. Let it cool.
  3. Place the mustard in a mixer and mix it with the orange juice. Slowly add the seed oil and the olive oil and at the end add the zest and the salt and pepper.
  4. Pour over our salad
