Light meatballs with the delicate aromas of the mushroom, without many ingredients, because they "cover" its taste, which we bake in the oven so as not to lose their wonderful smell, but also to be burdened by the oil, because the mushrooms "pull" oil .
Ingredients

- 500 g mushrooms (agariki or portobelo)
- 2 medium onions
- 1-2 tablespoons garlic
- 1/3 bunch dill (or parsley if you prefer)
- 80 g flour c o h
- 2-3 k g cake
- 2 k baking powder
- Salt Pepper
Directions
- We take the mushrooms, wipe them (we do not wash them because the mushrooms have the ability to absorb liquids) and cut them into pieces, like the onion.
- Put them in a blender and chop them finely.
- Put them in a bowl and mix the rest of our ingredients
- Our mixture should be light but form balls.
- We make small balls by hand and press them lightly from above.
- Place them in an oiled pan and bake them in a preheated oven at 200 until they turn brown.
