Mushroom soup with various mushrooms


Delicious mushroom soup full of flavor and aromas. We all love her and that is why she will always be in our first preferences


  • 500 g various mushrooms (agaricus, portobello, trumpets, ribs, porcini)
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ½ φλ άνηθος ψιλοκομμένος
  • Or cup Carolina rice
  • Or olive oil
  • 1 ½ λ vegetable or beef broth
  • Olive oil
  • Salt Pepper


  1. Finely chop the mushrooms and sauté them in a saucepan. Then add the onion. 
  2. Add the broth of your choice, soy, and water from the porcini and porcini. Once it boils, add our rice and dill.
  3. Let it simmer and make the taste along with the salt .. Serve with freshly ground pepper

-If we fast we steam the mushrooms plain because they will drain

-for special vegan and vegan groups can only use vegetable broth or water.

-you can replace the rice with noodles and add a little ginger

-It is a great match to add spring onion, or chopped leek.
