Delicious mushroom soup full of flavor and aromas. We all love her and that is why she will always be in our first preferences
Ingredients
- 500 g various mushrooms (agaricus, portobello, trumpets, ribs, porcini)
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- ½ φλ άνηθος ψιλοκομμένος
- Or cup Carolina rice
- Or olive oil
- 1 ½ λ vegetable or beef broth
- Olive oil
- Salt Pepper
Directions
- Finely chop the mushrooms and sauté them in a saucepan. Then add the onion.
- Add the broth of your choice, soy, and water from the porcini and porcini. Once it boils, add our rice and dill.
- Let it simmer and make the taste along with the salt .. Serve with freshly ground pepper
-If we fast we steam the mushrooms plain because they will drain
