Citrus jam


Today we will make a fragrant jam delicious for our breakfast on bread but also for our sweets. The marriage of the sour with the sweet and the bitter brings out a wonderful balance that will be unforgettable.


  • 3 oranges
  • 2 bergamot
  • 2 tangerines
  • 1 apple
  • 1 kg and some sugar
  • 1 cup lemon juice


  1. Peel a squash, grate it and chop it in half. We take out the seeds. Put them to boil for 5 minutes, skimming them and change the water, do this process 3 times. The third time we put water just enough to cover our fruit, I add the sugar and let it simmer for about 45 minutes. With a hand blender I will melt my jam and let it simmer for another 10 minutes
  2. In the final boil I add a little lemon juice
  3. Transfer my jam to sterile jars and keep upside down until cool
