Mediterranean spaghetti


Wonderful light summer favorite pasta that you can make very easily and quickly. You can replace feta with lenten cheese and thus have a delicious lenten spaghetti


  • 500 g spaghetti of your choice
  • 150 g grated feta
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 sc whole garlic
  • 3 ripe tomatoes passed in the grater
  • 1 cup olive fillets
  • 1 kg of capers
  • Or box of cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 30 g of olive oil
  • Salt-pepper-oregano


  1. We start to boil our spaghetti. (Boil them for 1-2 minutes less because they will boil for 2 minutes in the sauce) Once they boil, hold a cup of water from the spaghetti and strain it.
  2. Put olive oil in a deep pan and sauté the whole garlic cloves, so that our oil gets aroma. Remove the cloves, sauté the onion, add the chopped tomato, the olives, the capers and sauté until the liquids are gone. Then add the cherry tomatoes, oregano and salt and pepper. Saute lightly, add the spaghetti and the water we had kept. Stir lightly and serve with freshly ground pepper
