Millionaires shortbread


Let's see a sweet…


A) For the base

  • 300 g sugar
  • 1 vanilla
  • 225 g of melted butter
  • 1 ½ κ γ salt
  • 250 g flour

B) For the caramel filling

  • 330 g butter
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 100g sugar
  • 120 g sour cream
  • 1 cup honey

C) For the chocolate spread

  • 220 g chocolate


  1. We start with part A. Mix our ingredients and place this thick porridge in a pan. Drill in portions and bake at 180The for about 20 minutes.
  2. While baking the base, make the B part. Melt the butter with the sugar in a saucepan, add the sugar, the cream and the honey and mix until it reaches 113The (to become slightly chewy)
  3. When it comes out of the oven, leave the base to cool and spread the caramel on top. Place our pan in the refrigerator to cool.
  4. When it cools down we have two alternatives. If we want individual bars, we cut it into bars and place them on a grill. If we want, we leave it whole (as I did) and then cut into pieces.
  5. Melt 200 g of chocolate in a baking pan, and when the chocolate melts add the other 20 g then. Stir and place on top of our pan or spread with a spoon on the bars on the grill. We let it cool down.
  6. We enjoy sweet wonderful bars with wonderful caramel filling
