Easy and quick apple pie delicious for your afternoon or after dinner or even with your coffee.
For the base
- Pate sucree dough

- 125 g butter

Put the flour, sugar and salt in a bowl and mix. Then add the cold butter cut into small cubes and mix with gloves so that the butter does not melt. Our mixture will turn yellow. When the time has passed, we open our dough with a rolling pin, sprinkling it with a little flour and we place it in our tartiera. For the stuffing
- 3 medium apples cut into thin slices
- 100 g of brown sugar
- 1 kc corn flour
- ¼ kg nutmeg

- 100 g crushed walnuts
- 30 g raisins
Then, while baking our dough, take the sliced apples in a bowl and add the nutmeg, cinnamon, sugar and corn flour, walnuts and raisins. We stir to get our ingredients everywhere.
Then we start making the crumble (the topping)

- 120 g butter
- 150 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 1 cup cinnamon
- Powdered sugar for sprinkling at the end.
Mix the flour with the sugar and cinnamon. Then add the melted butter until it becomes a solid mixture.
When our base comes out of the oven, we add the apples and we spread them nicely in succession, and with a grater we rub the dough with the topping that we have made.
Then put it back in the oven and continue baking for another quarter or so until it turns brown.
Take it out of the oven, leave it to cool and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
