Vegetable burger


An easy, quick and tasty burger and very nutritious for Lent but also for those who do not eat meat. Delicious and light. We can bake it on the grill or in the pan with a little olive oil or on the grill in the oven. 


  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 350 g of mixed vegetables (corn, peas, red pepper, green pepper, carrot, etc.)
  • A little chopped dill or mint
  • 1 onion passed in the grater
  • A little olive oil
  • 20 g breadcrumbs
  • A little olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder


  1. Wash the potatoes very well and boil them with the skin (so that they do not absorb too much water)
  2. Boil our mixed vegetables separately
  3. While they are boiling in a pan with a little olive oil, sauté the onion puree lightly so that its match goes away and it sweetens us. Our onion must become brown.
  4. Once the potatoes are boiled, peel them and cut them into cubes
  5. Add our mixed vegetables after we have drained them very well.
  6. Put all our ingredients in a bowl, add the salt and pepper, garlic and dill and shape them into burgers. Put them in a pan with oil paste and leave them in the fridge to tighten.
  7. Then we can grill them at 200The Celsius or bake them in a frying pan.
  8. They are ready as soon as they get a golden red color.
