Light delicious salad with tuna, where a complete meal can be made as it provides us with all the nutrients that our body may need.

Ingredients

  • 1 boiled potato
  • 2 boiled zucchini
  • 10 cherry tomatoes or a tomato
  • 1 package of tuna in water
  • 2 boiled carrots
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive fillet
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • Or olive oil
  • Juice from a juicy lemon
  • Coarse salt
  • Freshly chopped pepper.

Directions

  1. We boil our vegetables. Be careful, boil the potato with the skin so that it does not draw too much water.
  2. In a bowl, cut and mix our ingredients.
  3. Pour over the lemon oil and season with salt and pepper.
