A very popular omelette, rich in iron very lightly low in fat and can keep you full until lunch
Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 5-6 cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 80 g grated feta
- 1 cup olive oil
- Salt Pepper
Directions
- Pour the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Then add the cherry tomatoes and sauté them lightly.
- Then add the leaves from the spinach, the egg whites with a little salt, after we have beaten them very well.
- Turn the omelette on the other side and add the grated feta. Cover the pan for a minute to melt the feta and serve immediately with freshly ground pepper.
