Omelet with vegetables


The most common omelette !!! Favorite of young and old !! Colorful with full flavor and aroma from the vegetables it contains. A dynamite of vitamins and protein, for a nutritious start to the day, or for a good lunch, since it creates satiety.


  • 4-5 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • Or chopped green pepper
  • Or chopped coke pepper
  • 4-5 chopped mushrooms
  • 1 tomato without spores and chopped peel
  • A little olive oil
  • Salt Pepper


In a bowl, mix our eggs with the milk and salt and pepper. Saute the onion, peppers, mushrooms and tomato in a pan. Once the liquids are gone, add our egg and lower the heat. Turn the omelette as soon as it is cooked and on the other side. Serve hot, with plenty of fresh bread !!!

* we can if we want to add cold cuts or cheese.
