Who does not like these golden delicious onion slices?
Especially in sandwiches or burgers! So roll up your sleeves and go for the most delicious onion slices.
We will divide our materials into two categories.
The flour we will need
- 1 cup flour
- 2 Mr. Cornflower
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
Mix these ingredients well and put them in a bowl.
For the porridge we will need
- 1 bottle of sour milk (500g)
- 2 eggs
For the breading we will need
- breadcrumbs or punk
We choose from our greengrocer the biggest onions.
Be careful not to get the doubles, but the round ones.
Peel and chop the onions to 1 - 1.5 points.
Put the washers in cold water and leave them for a while, so that we can easily remove their membrane.
After we clean them, dip them in the mixture with the flour. Flour them well and then dip them in the porridge. Make sure they get the porridge well all around.
Then dip them in the breadcrumbs or punk.
Leave them in the fridge for a while to tighten and then fry them in medium to strong oil (sunflower oil).
