Easy ice cream to make quickly, without many utensils and without special knowledge of confectionery. For students, for newlyweds, gluten free, but most of all economical! So to remember the easy ice cream that manoula made for us, in the summers to eat in the afternoon in the bowl !!!
- 500 g whipped cream (the green package)
- 180 g sweetened condensed milk
- 50 g powdered sugar
For even better taste add 1 vanilla or cocoa (if you want chocolate) or zest and a little lemon juice (if you want lemon ice cream) and other flavors such as orange, chocolate pieces, pieces of fresh fruit etc
The process is simple. In a bowl, beat the cream until creamy (not firm). Add the sugar slowly and at the end the powder with the vanilla powder. Put it in the freezer for about an hour until it starts to coagulate.
Beat it again with the mixer until fluffy. Put it back in the freezer. Repeat this process 3-4 times. The more times we repeat it, the fluffier it will become.
